When can I return a product?

If you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason whatsoever, you may return it in it's original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the product. Unfortunately, we will not accept the return of any of our products that have been worn. If the item is defective as a result of our manufacture process, we will arrange with the couriers to collect the goods from you provided it’s from the same address we delivered to and exchange it for a new item of the same size and value. All shipping costs are always for your account.

If you return a product in new un used original condition with the original packaging be cause you are reassessing your purchase, we will refund you the value of the product less all shipping costs that we have incurred. The refund will be made via the same payment channel you used when purchasing from our online store.

Please note all refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect into your account.

  • The order number of the purchase
  • The date when the purchase was made

Courier Related Issues

We make use of various couriers to ensure your parcel is safely delivered to your door.

Each courier has their own delivery schedule. Once the order is handed to them, delivery is generally done within 1-7 business days, except for outlaying areas that may add up to 2 days. Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled and refunded if the courier company missed your deadline.
