Detailed description of goods and/or services

BigOkes.co.za is a business in the apparel industry that markets, retails and distributes private label products.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) and delivery is confirmed by way of email or SMS at check out.

Export restriction

Export of any product may be subject to local duties at country of delivery. Delivery fees will be worked out and communicated on a case by case basis.

Return and refunds policy

Customer privacy policy

BigOkes.co.za shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: Polity.org

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the BigOkes.co.za bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Collection of information

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, respond to a survey, join our mailing list or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information (not stored).
If you place an order on our site, you will automatically be added to our mailing list. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list after receiving an email. If you unsubscribe from the mailing list but later again place an order, you will again be added to the mailing list.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send your information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for BigOkes.co.za via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayFast is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayFast is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and BigOkes.co.za chooses as its ‘domicilium citandi et executandi’ for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

BigOkes.co.za may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Promotions

BigOkes.co.za will run promotions from time to time. The terms and conditions for each of our promotions will encompose this agreement and have their own terms and conditions stipulated with the promotion itself, for example, discounts offered, how the discounts are to be applied and the end date of the promotion. Promotions will almost always be subject to a purchase of a product or products from our website.

Giveaway promotions include shipping within South Africa, but exclude shipping should the winner wish their prize to be shipped outside of South Africa.
